At Covenant Academy, we believe every child deserves access to quality, flexible education in a supportive, faith-based environment. That’s why we’ve created a tuition structure that works for families:

  • Standard Tuition: $600/month
    Includes full access to our hybrid learning model, learning coaches, and enrichment opportunities.

  • Discounted Member Tuition: $300/month
    Available to Impact City families who meet eligibility requirements—such as active members of Impact City ministries—this 50% discount makes the learning studio more accessible.

  • Sibling Discount: Families enrolling more than one child will receive the following discounts helping make multi-child enrollment more affordable.

  • ○ First Child: Full Tuition

    ○ Third Child: 15% Discount 

    ○ Fourth+ Child: 20% Discount

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Covenant Academy is not a traditional school in that we do not create or directly provide the curriculum. Instead, we operate as a learning studio that partners with parents who have chosen to educate their children through an accredited online virtual school. Our role is to serve as learning coaches—monitoring student progress, supporting comprehension, and offering supplemental help when students struggle. While we may re-teach or explain concepts in different ways to aid understanding, we do not introduce new curriculum material; that is provided through the virtual school platform.

  • A learning studio is alternative to traditional schooling, a hybrid of sorts that provides 3rd grade through high school students opportunities to gather in person to learn, explore, and work together on real-world, engaging projects for 21st-century life preparation. 

  • We do gather all 5 weekdays, however we do not take attendance, or mark tardies so parents need not worry about family vacations, appointments, tardiness, or sick days. We do however, encourage regular participation to ensure students get the most out of the Covenant Academy experience.

  • We follow a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. We welcome further discussion to better understand your specific needs if you require flexibility!

  • A learning coach supports learners with their academic work in the morning and guides them through projects and enrichment activities in the afternoon. Additionally, a learning coach fosters a positive learning environment that promotes growth and development. In our small learning community, coaches develop a deep understanding of each student.

  • Our school is designed for students 3rd through 12th grade.

  • We are located at Impact City Church 914 N. Texas Ave. Odessa, Tx 79761

  • Parents have the freedom and flexibility to choose the academic curriculum that best suits their child's needs. Parents can select curriculum, ensuring that it aligns with their educational philosophy and their child's unique learning style. This choice empowers parents to actively participate in their child's education. We are happy to provide guidance during this selection process.

  • Every day, we have multiple opportunties to share Jesus' love with students. This plays out in multiple ways: Morning devotions, individual prayers with students, and large group conversations around how to love and serve like Jesus in our Studio community and in the communities in which we live. 

    So, what exactly do we believe? 

    • We believe in God, the Father, His son, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit who lives within those who believe.

    • We believed God our Father created the earth and all that’s in the earth, sea, and sky.

    • We believe God our Father created us, appointed us, and called us to love and serve like Jesus, all for His glory. 

    • We believe Jesus died on the cross, and three days later rose from the cross. As a result, death was defeated and all who place their trust in Him live for eternity with God in Heaven.

    • We believe the Bible holds all truth.

    • We believe following biblical truth is how we should live day by day. 

    • We believe God lives in us through the Holy Spirit and leads, directs, and calls us to be God’s ambassadors here on Earth. 

    • We believe we are called to love and serve like Jesus.

    • We believe Jesus is coming back again. 

  • We want to ensure that we’re a good fit for your family! We offer a one-month happiness guarantee. This 30-day trial period offers the opportunity for each family to determine if we’re the best fit for them. This also allows our team the opportunity to evaluate and ensure that we have the resources needed to meet the needs of each student.

    All enrollment plans are based on the local school year calendar and require a one-semester (five-month) commitment. If enrolling mid-year, there is a five-month commitment. After the one-semester or five-month commitment, enrollments may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
